HSA Leadership



Bob Coleman, CEO: Robert A. Coleman is the CEO and COO of Six3 Systems, Inc., which was founded in April 2009 in partnership with GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC. Effective 22 July 2009, HSA, Inc. was acquired by Six3 Systems, Inc. Before the formation of Six3 Systems, Bob served as the President and COO of ManTech International from September 2004 to March 2009. Prior to his tenure with ManTech, he was the CEO and President of Integrated Data Systems (IDS), a highly regarded provider of software engineering, computer security and enterprise architecture solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. This company, founded by Bob in 1990, was acquired by ManTech in February 2003. Earlier career highlights include his tenure at the White House National Security Council Crisis Management Center during the Reagan and Bush I administrations, where he developed systems to assist in the collection and dissemination of critical intelligence data. He has additional experience supporting national security efforts while working for SAIC and Raytheon Technical Services. He graduated from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Business Computer Information Systems.




Jack Pearlstein, CFO: From April 2006 until March 2009, Mr. Pearlstein served as Chief Financial Officer of Solera Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLH), a leading global provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry. From September 2001 to November 2004, Mr. Pearlstein served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of DigitalNet Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqNM: DNET), a leading provider of network, security, information and application services to U.S. defense and intelligence agencies. From September 2000 until July 2001, Mr. Pearlstein served as Chief Financial Officer of Commerce One, Inc.'s (NasdaqNM:CMRC) Global Services division, which he joined in September 2000 when Commerce One, Inc. acquired AppNet, Inc. From May 1999 to September 2000, Mr. Pearlstein served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of AppNet, Inc. (NasdaqNM: APNT), a leading provider of Internet- and electronic commerce-based professional services and solutions. Mr. Pearlstein also serves as a director of Syniverse Technologies, Inc., a NYSE-listed enabler of wireless voice and data communications for telecommunications companies. Mr. Pearlstein has a B.S. in Accounting from New York University and an M.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University.




Michael Zembrzuski, Executive Vice President: Mike Zembrzuski has over 20 years of counterintelligence, counterterrorism, protective services and foreign area officer experience. A former commander of the Army’s premier counterintelligence battalion in CONUS, Mike led the Army effort to integrate missions with the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Forces. He is an acknowledged expert in the areas of homeland security and technology protection and has extensive experience at the highest levels of the U.S. Government. His overseas experience is remarkable, with deployments to Afghanistan, Bosnia, Croatia, Guantanamo, and Iraq, along with service throughout Europe. Mike is a tremendous asset to HSA, a company dedicated to serving the needs of the nation.




Michael Bisacre, Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives: Mike Bisacre joins HSA with over 26 years of military service, bringing his extensive all-source and counterintelligence experience, from the tactical to the strategic level. He was the deputy commander of the Army’s Intelligence and Security Command, where he was the key player in standing up theater-specific Joint Information Operations Centers worldwide. As the commander of the elite 902d Military Intelligence Group, he established a reputation throughout the U.S. Government as the Army’s premier counterintelligence officer. His assignments with NSA and the Joint Staff, and as a division G-2 officer, make Mike a true all-source intelligence professional. He brings innovative solutions to our diverse customer base as we support the global war on terrorism.




Dan F. Jones, Senior Vice President, Operations: Dan Jones brings to HSA more than 30 years of military service, culminating in three diverse assignments as a Military Intelligence Command sergeant major. Dan has proven success in organizing, training and developing high- performance teams, using state-of-the art intelligence collection and analysis systems and techniques in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments. His diverse background includes Imagery Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, multidisciplined counterintelligence, and all-source intelligence analysis and production from the tactical to national levels. Dan is a seasoned manager and developer of highly skilled technical and support personnel ranging from small groups to organizations exceeding 1,000 personnel.




Michael M. Ferguson, Senior Vice President, Operations: Mike comes to HSA with extensive executive and hands-on experience in intelligence collection, operations, planning, and training with the Department of Defense, and other Intelligence Community Agencies. A recognized expert and analyst on African affairs, Mike has served as a special assistant to the Secretary of Defense and a major NATO Commander. He also has completed five tours in Africa as Defense and Army Attaché at U.S. Embassies in Tunisia, Ethiopia, South Africa, and Cameroon with accreditations to 21 other countries. His final post was Chief, Training and Professional Development for the Defense HUMINT Service, DIA. Mike’s decade as a senior manager with a major defense contractor has prepared him well to assume his current position




Robin Rhiner, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration: Robin Rhiner has over 30 years of industry experience providing highly successful human capital solutions for government/defense contractors in the intelligence, professional services and information technology areas. She holds a B.A. in management from National Louis University. Robin's human capital experience is broad, and her corporate leadership experience includes strategic partnering, organizational planning and development, management of compensation and benefits, HRIS, communications, legal compliance, talent acquisition and employee services. Prior to joining HSA, Robin was deployed to Iraq for 15 months providing human capital support to the Iraq Survey Group.
